3. Worst Case
There are two reasons why the worst-case scenario is still on top of games for team building.
One, it develops communication skills and enhances interpersonal relationship at work.
Two, it hones analytical skills by solving some problems.
The worst-case scenario is played by fabricating scenes in which the team members have to work hand in hand in solving the problems. These problems can be “on the plane” about to do a crash landing on top of a mountain, being lost in the middle of a sea, or stranded in a desert.
Then the team member will prepare a list of 7 or more things that should help them survive.
Each item listed will be evaluated and voted for.
4. Tug-of-War
You can make this outdoor game more multi-directional by tying the ropes in a manner that four or more teams will tug simultaneously.
Four-way tug-of-war teaches strategic planning and execution as the team may have to come up with plans to remain as the only team.
Tug-of-war is one of the most common team building activities as it is efficient, cost-effective and easy to conduct.
